Philip Rosado and Alicia Rosado saw that salons in Orlando lacked not only education, but true mentorship and stylist development—so they created Educe to elevate the Orlando market. Founded in Orlando’s Creative Mills 50 district in 2012, Educe has grown into a benchmark for innovation and excellence.
Having founded, owned, and operated many of Orlando’s top salons—including Alta Moda, Ego Lab, and Glam Dry—Philip is proud to say his favorite vision to date, and what he calls his masterpiece, is Educe Salon. With over 30 years of experience in salon ownership, management, leadership, and global education, Philip and Alicia each lean into their strengths, continuously pushing the industry forward.
Education is at the core of everything we do. Every stylist at Educe Salon is trained by Philip Rosado, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence, technique, and artistry across our entire team. We bring constant, hands-on education to our artists on the floor, building a culture rooted in growth and mastery.
All new talent continues to refine their skills through our in-house Color Director and Cutting Director, alongside a structured associate program designed to uphold the highest standard of our brand and develop lifelong skill sets. Husband-and-wife team Philip and Alicia Rosado are a true powerhouse—bringing over 50 years of combined experience in fashion, photography, and the art of hairdressing.
